A 8 month old female infant presented with a complain of fever since 4 days which was low grade to moderate in nature, intermittent 1-2 spikes/day relieved medication, cough and cold 2 on off last months, had ear discharge 1 week from right ear. The yellowish color, small quantity non foul smelling;the showing tremors limbs during awake stage. seemed unhealthy the weight very according age growth. showed mild said be ITS.
